In assembling and maintaining overhead catenary equipment you, as a catenary engineer, play a part in safeguarding the Rhaetian Railway network power supply. In other words, you are instrumental in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers.
As a qualified automation technician you are employed in the electrical workshop of the refurbishing department as an electrical winder or in the maintenance shop as a specialist for the multiple unit railcars and electric locomotives.
As a railway track worker you change points or track and lay new railway lines. You ensure that our customers are able to travel safely and in comfort.
As a mechanic you are responsible for manufacturing small series and individual parts for conventional CNC processing machines. You also refurbish and assemble modules and components.
The Rhaetian Railway command centre monitors and controls all rail traffic operations across the 384 km network. As a train dispatcher you are responsible for the safety and punctuality.
As a train guard you make sure that our customers enjoy their journey. You represent the Rhaetian Railway and ensure that our guests have an unforgettable rail travel experience.
As a real estate manager you look after the Rhaetian Railway and third party properties and assist in organising the utilisation of the buildings. You prepare heating and utilities accounts and are responsible for providing support for the tenants.
As a travel consultant you are familiar with the complete range of products, in particular our premium products such as the Glacier Express and Bernina Express, and advise locals and international guests alike on all matters involving their travel plans.
As an IT professional you are the first point of contact should IT problems arise. You are also responsible for testing and implementing new software products. Installing and maintaining workstations, servers and LAN systems also belong to your duties.
