Loading instructions

For a safe journey with the Vereina car transporter

Please watch the video and observe the loading instructions:

Please note

Before loading

  • Secure your roof-rack luggage or carry it inside the vehicle.

  • Close the top of convertibles.

  • Large vehicles: antennas must be retracted to a maximum height of 4.00 m, dismantled or tied down.

On the train

  • Ensure that all four wheels of your vehicle are in the same wagon. (Vehicles and trailers may be split between two wagons).

  • If necessary, follow the instructions from the loading personnel.

  • Engage first gear or “Park” position.

  • Switch off your engine.

  • Apply the hand brake/parking brake.

  • Switch off the exterior lighting (battery!).

  • DO NOT start any vehicle updates on the car train.

  • Do not leave the vehicle during the journey, except in an emergency.

  • Do not throw objects out of the window.

  • Tune the radio to DAB+ or FM 99.7 MHz.

Additional information for motorcycles

  • You must stop on one of the covered transport wagons. (Transport on open wagons is prohibited!)

  • Please stay seated on your motorcycle for the duration of the journey.

  • Keep the motorcycle ready to brake.

  • Wear your helmet throughout the journey.

In case of emergency

  • Do not touch the overhead conductor rail or any parts hanging down from it.

  • Dial the telephone number 112.

  • Tune the radio to DAB+ or FM 99.7 MHz.

  • Fire extinguishers are located at the ends of the wagon.
