1. Salary & benefits
Company Employment Contract (FAV)
Transparent salary progression up to the top of the pay scale
Performance bonus for above-average performance ratings in the annual employee appraisal

Continued salary payment for 2 years in the event of illness or accident

1st class travelcard with trust-based working hours

2. Working hours and models
Annual working hours: 2075 hours, weekly working hours: 41.5 hours
5 weeks’ holiday, 6 weeks from age 50, 7 weeks from age 60
Option to purchase up to 2 additional weeks’ holiday
Paid leave for special occasions, e.g. weddings, moving house, etc.
Maternity leave: 4 months (usually 1 month before birth and 14 weeks after birth), paternity leave: 2 weeks
Option for up to 8 months’ unpaid leave following maternity leave
Return to work after maternity leave: female employees are entitled to a part-time return offer of at least 50%
Various part-time models, suited to every stage of life and individual preferences
Work@home: possible depending on role; in principle, a minimum of 2 days in the office and a maximum of 2 days working from home
Work@train: possible depending on role and in consultation with the line manager; in principle for commutes of 30 minutes or more
