Daily between Davos Platz and Filisur

From 14 May to 25 October 2026, you will have the opportunity to travel daily on a historical train composition from the 1920s from Davos to Filisur and back.

Enjoy rail travel of a different kind from Davos to Filisur. In not quite 40 minutes, your trip will take you through the ruggedly romantic Zügen Gorge, over the famous Wiesen Viaduct to Filisur. This is also home to the Landwasser Viaduct. This viaduct marks the heart of the famous RhB Albula Line and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The nostalgic 1st class and 2nd class carriages and the open scenic carriage are usually pulled by the popular Ge 4/4 I (BoBo I). On some weekends, however, the legendary cult locomotive “Crocodile” Ge 6/6 I 415 is put into service. (Subject to change)

On the morning of Saturday, 30 May 2026, the historical train including the popular «Crocodile» Ge 6/6 I 415 locomotive will make the journey from Landquart to Davos Platz. A regular train ticket is sufficient for the trip – there is no need to buy a special ticket or a supplement.
