Apprenticeships in IT

RhB is well known as a railway and tourism company. Less well known is our large IT department, which keeps all our systems running smoothly. We offer several exciting apprenticeship places in this field every year:

  • Digital Business Developer (EFZ)

  • IT Specialist in Platform Development (EFZ)

  • ICT Specialist (EFZ)

Taster courses for the 2027 apprenticeship places are currently taking place.

Massimiliano Pellegrini at the WorldSkills Competition

Our colleague Massimiliano Pellegrini and Gianin Schneller from Ems Chemie will be taking part in the WorldSkills Shanghai vocational skills competition from 22 to 27 September 2026. The final preparatory competition for the two automation engineers will take place on 13–14 August 2027 at Titthof in Chur. The industry association Swissmem, the RhB (S-HRB) and Ems Chemie are jointly organising the two-day event and are already looking forward to welcoming many visitors.
