Information for business customers

Good to know:  

• We only accept reservations for groups in writing by e-mail. We recommend booking early to ensure availability. 

• Group bookings can only be made via the Railservice. 

• Groups receive a 30% discount on the regular ticket price. 

Dates for winter 2026/27:  

• We will be happy to accept your booking request by e-mail until 2 August 2026. 

• Dep 26 August 2026, dispatch of reservation confirmations 

For summer 2027:  

• We will be happy to accept your booking enquiry by e-mail until 13 September 2026. 

• Reservation confirmations will be sent out from 12 October 2026 dep.

Good to know:  

• Reservations for individual travellers can be made via the online shop, at all staffed railway stations in Switzerland and at various travel agencies. 

Dates 

• Reservations can be made 93 days before the date of travel (except for Excellence Class, which can be booked for the entire timetable period).
