The Management Board manages all Rhaetian Railway business that is not assigned to the Board of Directors in accordance with the organisational regulations. The members of the Management Board are elected by the Board of Directors and work under the leadership of the Director.
Since 1 October 2025, the IT division has also reported directly to the Director alongside the Corporate Development division. Andreas Willich (Head of Corporate Development) and Sandro Pfammatter (Head of IT) attend the meetings of the Management Board on a topic-related basis as members of the extended Management Board.
