Transparent salary development up to the maximum of the salary band

2. Working hours & models
Annual working hours: 2,075 hours, working week of 41.5 hours
5 weeks holiday, 6 weeks as of 50 years of age, 7 weeks as of 60 years of age
Purchase of up to two additional weeks of holiday possible
Paid leave for special events, e.g. wedding, change of residence, etc.
Maternity leave 4 months (usually 1 month before childbirth and 14 weeks after childbirth), paternity leave 2 weeks
Possibility of up to 8 months of unpaid leave after maternity leave
Returning to work after maternity leave: female employees are entitled to an offer to return to work on a part-time basis of at least 50%
Different part-time models to suit every phase of life and individual wishes
Work@home: possible depending on the role, in principle at least two days in the office and a maximum of two days working at home
Work@train: possible depending on the role and in consultation with the line manager, in principle for commuting distances of 30 minutes or more
