The rolling Rhaetian Railway masterpieces

It takes a large number of vehicles every day to transport thousands of passengers through the Swiss canton of Graubünden: around 1,000 engines, railcars and coaches of all kinds help to offer our passengers unforgettable experiences. This also includes freight wagons for the reliable transport of goods and car transport wagons, which make it easy for you to take your own vehicle with you.

The panoramic cars of the Bernina Express and Glacier Express offer breathtaking panoramic views with top-class comfort. Our Allegra railcars take us powerfully, elegantly and comfortably through the mountains. The articulated Alvra trains offer special passenger comfort. And with the modern Capricorn railcars, a breath of fresh air has finally arrived in the Rhaetian Railway fleet.

Our historical vehicles, such as steam engines, saloon cars and open scenic carriages, are also an integral part of the offer. They bring the history of the railway to life and offer nostalgic travel experiences with special charm.
