Authorisation requirement Authorisation is required for commercial photography, sound and film recordings on board trains, at railway stations and at other RhB sites. RhB permits drone footage in compliance with the general provisions of the Federal Office of Civil Aviation (FOCA). The drone holders are responsible for the flight. The following also applies at RhB:
A minimum safety distance of at least 20 metres from railway infrastructure
No flights on moving trains
Drone flights must be registered using the form
