2. Working hours and models

  • Annual working hours: 2,075 hours (41.5 hours per week)

  • 5 weeks' holiday (6 weeks' holiday from the age of 50 / 7 weeks' holiday from the age of 60)

  • Option to purchase up to 2 weeks' holiday with full pension fund coverage

  • Various part-time models – tailored to every stage of life and individual wishes

  • Work@home: Possible depending on role. In principle, a minimum of 2 days in the office and a maximum of 2 days working from home

  • Work@train: Possible depending on role and in consultation with line manager. In principle, for commutes of 30 minutes or more by train.

  • Returning to work after maternity leave: Employees are entitled to a return offer of at least 50% part-time; in a management role, employees receive a return offer of at least 70%.

  • Option of a total of 12 months' maternity leave, including security of subsequent employment in the same or a similar role.

3. Education & training

  • Co-financed further training for personal development in job-related areas

  • Internal further training programmes such as ‘Public transport for career changers’, ‘Allegra, management’, ‘Psychological safety’ and ‘Certificate course in leadership’
