2. Working hours and models
Annual working hours: 2,075 hours (41.5 hours per week)
5 weeks' holiday (6 weeks' holiday from the age of 50 / 7 weeks' holiday from the age of 60)
Option to purchase up to 2 weeks' holiday with full pension fund coverage
Various part-time models – tailored to every stage of life and individual wishes
Work@home: Possible depending on role. In principle, a minimum of 2 days in the office and a maximum of 2 days working from home
Work@train: Possible depending on role and in consultation with line manager. In principle, for commutes of 30 minutes or more by train.
Returning to work after maternity leave: Employees are entitled to a return offer of at least 50% part-time; in a management role, employees receive a return offer of at least 70%.
Option of a total of 12 months' maternity leave, including security of subsequent employment in the same or a similar role.

3. Education & training
Co-financed further training for personal development in job-related areas
Internal further training programmes such as ‘Public transport for career changers’, ‘Allegra, management’, ‘Psychological safety’ and ‘Certificate course in leadership’
Extensive internal training programme for specialists and managers
Opportunity to train as a vocational trainer; monthly allowance of CHF 150 for vocational trainers
