Training

A block course is held at the beginning of the training. After that, one day a week is set aside for the theoretical training. Experienced practical instructors provide thorough practical training. The training lasts one year and is divided into three stages.

Course and practical stage (commercial and operational) This stage is the training period with the practical instructor. During these first six months, trainee train guards are always accompanied by the assigned practical instructor or a trained employee of the train staff. After the course and practical stage, there is a preliminary examination.

Independence stage In this stage, trainees work 50% of the time independently in simple train service.
