Would you like to bring one of the world's most famous train journeys to life digitally and take the Glacier Express's social media presence to the next level? In this varied role for our subsidiary Glacier Express AG, based in Zurich, you will be responsible for implementing and developing our social media strategy. You will produce inspiring content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok, skilfully presenting exciting stories in images, videos and text. You will work closely with influencers, content creators, partners and our community. You will plan collaborations, accompany on-site productions and maintain a strong network.
What you can achieve
Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der Social Media Strategie des Glacier Express
Content Management sowie Content Creation (Bilder, Videos, Texte) auf Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube und Tiktok
Zusammenarbeit mit Influencern und Content Creators (Bearbeitung Anfragen, Auswahl, Planung, Organisation und vor Ort Begleitung der Projekte) sowie Community Management in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen involvierten Parteien
Pflege Netzwerk und Umsetzung Glacier Express Content in Social Media Kanälen von Partnern und Kunden
Verwaltung Bilddatenbank Social Media Content, inkl. Rechte sowie Weiterentwicklung Content Infotainment im Glacier Express
Erstellung von Videos für Meta-Anzeigen sowie Mitarbeit in operativen Projekten Marketing & Vertrieb und Product Management
Führung von Protokollen, Massnahmen- und Aktionsplänen, Budget/Budgetkontrolle und Stellvertretung der Media Relations & Communications Managerin
That’s why you’re the right person
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung und ausgewiesene Erfahrung in digitaler Kommunikation
Berufserfahrung in Social Media/Onlinekommunikation (Digital Producing, Online-Marketing, Web Publishing, Content Creation), mit Vorteil im Tourismus
Kommunikative, offene und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit
Selbstständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine hohe Affinität für Social Media und digitale Trends
Ausgeprägtes Flair für Story-Telling und Content Creation (Bild, Video & Text)
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, gängige Content Management Systeme und Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop und Indesign)
Kamera-Fotografie und Videografie-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch in Wort und Schrift, jede weitere Sprache von Vorteil
