No, the gourmet trip starts and ends at Chur railway station and it is not possible to book only part of the route.
When tickets for a gourmet trip are cancelled, the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of Contract and Travel of Rhaetian Railway, “5.1.2 Special offers and package arrangements”, shall apply:
A processing fee of CHF 60.00 will be charged up to 30 days prior to the date of travel (maximum CHF 120.00 per change).
If cancelled between 29 and 7 days before the trip, 70% of the invoice amount will be charged.
If cancelled later (less than 7 days before the date of travel), the full amount will be charged.

No. Seats are allocated in advance. Seats are allocated on tables for two and four. If trips are fully booked, passengers travelling together may be allocated to different tables. Please note that the number of seats on all journeys is limited.
Space on the gourmet trips is very limited. We therefore kindly ask you to store your luggage elsewhere if possible. Many stations have lockers where you can safely store your luggage. Alternatively, you can leave your luggage unattended in the nearest passenger car.
Because the gourmet journeys take place in nostalgic coaches, the trips are not barrier-free.
Dogs are not allowed on the gourmet trips due to hygiene regulations for the catering industry. Guide dogs and assistance dogs are exempt from the ban if the corresponding permits and IDs are available.
