You will have twice the fun travelling in an open scenic carriage. Fresh air and excellent views are included. The open scenic carriages have neither glazing nor heating. Instead there's the wind in your hair, fresh mountain air and the sky overhead to enjoy – unless you happen to be passing through one of the helical tunnels. In summer, the scenic carriages run between Davos – Filisur, Alvaneu – Filisur and St. Moritz and Tirano. Everyone knows them and loves them – the yellow RhB open-top carriages.

The RhB’s open scenic carriages will run daily from 22 June to 30 August 2026 between St. Moritz and Tirano on the impressive UNESCO World Heritage route. With the wind in your face and views of glaciers, lakes and the Mediterranean Valtellina, every trip is a special experience.
