Graubünden general abonnement.
From 11 December 2016, the Grandchild Card is being replaced by the Junior Escort Card. Any accompanying person over the age of 16 (grandparents, great grandparents, godparents, neighbours, aunts & uncles, friends & acquaintances, childminders, nannies, etc.) can explore the whole of Switzerland with a named child for just 30 francs.
Want to explore Graubünden or the whole of Switzerland with a named child? That is no problem with the Junior Escort Card. For just 30 francs, every child can travel on the train for a whole year at no extra cost when accompanied by a person over 16. There is only one condition: the child must be aged between 6 and 16 and accompanied by someone over the age of 16 holding a valid ticket for travel. The Junior Escort Card is valid wherever the Half-Fare travelcard applies. In other words, almost anywhere in Switzerland. It is also worth asking local public transport operators, as the Junior Escort Card may also be used to travel free or at a reduced price on many local tram and bus routes.
