Urban and idyllic: Davos and Klosters complement one another, both in summer and in winter. As the highest city in Europe, Davos attracts winter sports enthusiasts, ice hockey fans and the world's business elite year after year. Klosters is a dreamy place known for its discreet luxury.
Davos and Klosters have two things in common: the fascinating natural mountain landscape. And the opportunity to make your holidays as eventful or as relaxing as you like. The contrast between urban Davos and idyllic Klosters could not otherwise be greater: On the one hand, Davos, the highest city in Europe, famous for the diversity of sporting, leisure and cultural activities on offer, its healthy climate, ice hockey club and Spengler Cup, the Kirchner Museum and the World Economic Forum (WEF). On the other, Klosters, with its cosy charm, where discreet luxury and understatement attract even royal visitors.
Tip: In the Winter Sports Museum in the former post office building, you can view old winter sports equipment – from sledges to skis to curling equipment.

Whether you like water or prefer hiking, the Davos/Klosters region has plenty to offer.
People of all ages enjoy a visit to the eau-là-là Spa and Adventure Pool in the centre of Davos. Families have fun in the spacious adventure pools located on the ground floor, while those seeking relaxation head for the stylish wellness centre on the upper floors.
A little gem high above Davos: The Hotel Schatzalp is situated on a sunny terrace – with stunning views of Davos. Hiking trails lead through the woods on the mountainside. A funicular railway brings guests to the hotel at 1,900 metres above sea level. The more daring can hurtle back down to Davos village on an Airboard.
Zoom down the 100-metre long giant slide, soar through air like an eagle from the tower, milk goats or ride ponies – all these wishes come true at Madrisa Land. Various attractions are waiting to be discovered in this imaginatively designed fairytale world.
The Wiesen Viaduct south of the Davos Wiesen station is the longest and highest bridge on the RhB network. Anyone wishing to view this imposing man-made structure close up can do just that: you can cross the viaduct, which is also the starting point of the nature trail to Filisur, on foot.
