The Upper Engadin has nine ski resorts in total, of which Corviglia, Corvatsch and Diavolezza are the best known. You can glide down over 450 kilometres of slopes around St. Moritz. Thanks to the altitude and modern snowmaking equipment, the Upper Engadin is one of the most snow-sure winter sports regions in Switzerland.
Tip: The Hahnensee descent is considered one of the finest slopes in the Upper Engadin. It runs from Corvatsch to St. Moritz-Bad, from where you can take the Signal cable car to the Corviglia resort on the other side of the valley.

In combination with a day pass for the Engadin/St. Moritz winter sports area, you can travel to the Upper Engadin by RhB for one franc. The offer is valid for journeys from Scuol-Tarasp, Thusis, Klosters and Davos to St. Moritz, Bernina Lagalb or Diavolezza and also from Tirano and Poschiavo to Bernina Lagalb, Diavolezza or Morteratsch.
