Val Trupchun circular hike
On this roughly three-hour hike, you have a good chance of spotting animals in their natural habit. The colours on show are particularly spectacular in autumn when yellow larch and green spruce vie to outdo one another.
The intact natural landscape of the valley is dominated by the culture of the Walser people and their typically scattered settlements. This is a place to find peace and forget about time. Recommended: a break in the 300-year-old rooms of the Restaurant Tuurahus.
