St. Moritz, Pontresina and Zuoz: the Engadin attracts guests from all over the world. Sit back comfortably on an RhB train and explore the sun-kissed high valley in the most pleasant way possible.
The popular holiday destinations of St. Moritz and Pontresina and picturesque villages such as Zuoz and S-chanf lie right in the middle of the broad valley. St. Moritz is famed as the birthplace of winter mountain holidays and known the world over as an Alpine 'metropolis'.
St. Moritz enjoys picture-perfect winter days with style and charm: first-rate leisure and sporting activities, cultural events and world-class shopping. The Segantini Museum houses the most extensive collection of work by the famous local artist. Pontresina features both stylish hotel buildings from the Belle Epoque era and houses in the traditional Engadin style. In Zuoz, you can enjoy a fine coffee in the highest-situated coffee roasters in Europe – Cafè Badilatti.
The view goes on for miles: from Muottas Muragl at 2,456 metres above sea level you can look out over all Upper Engadin.

Take a trip with us into Engadin and visit one of the many highlights.
Elegance, style and class: St. Moritz is not simply a holiday resort. This is the place where Alpine winter holidays were born in 1864. Nowadays, fabulous restaurants and internationally famous hotels welcome guests from around the globe.
It looks like a village from a fairytale: Pontresina features both stylish hotel buildings from the Belle Epoque era and houses in the traditional Engadin style with sgraffito wall decorations. Woods exuding the wonderful smell of Swiss pine and imposing glaciers surround the spa town, situated at 1,800 metres above sea level.
One historical building after another lines the village square: the Crush Alva restaurant, the Church of San Luzi and the Planta buildings. Cafè Badilatti runs the highest-altitude coffee roasters in Europe. The Zuoz-based family business has been serving excellent coffee for three generations.
The view from Muottas Muragl has been inspiring painters and writers for centuries. That's why the hut in which Giovanni Segantini used to work is close by. And there's a seven-kilometre-long Philosophers' Trail that retraces the footsteps of great thinkers. The hotel and viewing platform can be easily reached by cable car.
St. Moritz and Celerina’s very own mountain is one of the world’s most famous winter sports playgrounds – thanks also to its «champagne climate». The RhB one-franc special is the cheap way to reach the Corviglia ski slopes. In summer, hikers and bikers revel in the force of nature at 3,057 metres above sea level.
