Glacier Express - The Alpine classic

A journey with high-points at both ends. Zermatt: the traffic-free spa town at the foot of the world’s most-photographed mountain: Matterhorn.

A ride on the Glacier Express is in fact a spectacle in its own right. It offers a panoramic journey through the Alps, including 291 bridges, 91 Tunnels and the crossing of the Oberalp Pass, at over 2000 metres above sea level. Lunch is served directly to your seat on the Glacier Express. Lunch is freshly prepared in the on-board kitchen in the centre of the train.

Seat Reservations

The glitter of glaciers and mountain lakes: wonderful to experience in a panorama train. Reserving is better than studying!  And it is also necessary due to the great demand.
